Terrible, but why was she on her way to her father’s at 11 pm.? No one should be out alone late at night, especially a 15 year old.

Not blaming the victim, but I do wonder why parents would let a child out at night alone. Why didn’t her father pick her up, or why wasn’t she accompanied by an adult? Whatever the scenario, she was still vulnerable in a dangerous situation. An adult should have made sure she was safe.

But I agree, her attackers should be swinging from a length of rope...after their male body parts are cut off...while they are alive and conscious.
