Since last week, the news sphere has been buzzing about the possibility of an Obama campaign foreign donor scandal being the big October surprise of 2012. Since the Washington Examiner first reported the story last week, many are asking how the Obama campaign will handle foreign donation allegations expected to go public Monday in a major magazine and national website story. The Obama campaign has already tried to block the story from publication and although the details of the scandal are still under wraps, we do know taxes and unsecured credit card transactions are about to cause a major headache for the Obama campaign.
Just yesterday, we received news the Obama campaign raised a whopping $181 million in September alone, pulling the question of foreign donations even closer to the surface and putting Obama closer than ever to reaching a $1 billion fundraising number.
U.S. President Barack Obama's campaign and the Democratic Party have raised $181 million in September for his re-election effort - their highest monthly total yet of the 2012 presidential race.
The president's campaign said Saturday that the money represents donations from more than 1.8 million people.
Stay tuned.....the story could come as early as Sunday night, rather than Monday morning as originally planned.

The vast majority of the press won’t cover it, and the American people won’t care about whatever stories they do hear about.
Any one of these would have been used by the media to destroy the president had he been a Republican.

If Obama has another world class foreign donor scandal and the mainstream
media cover it up again so almost no one hears about it, did it really happen?
And no one will. Ever. Obama's pardons will make the Clinton pardon hijinks look like kid stuff. And the press will ignore.
How bad will it be? It’ll be so bad that 99% of the nation’s voters will not have even heard of it on election day.

Sadly, you are right.
In 2008 a German woman in my office (in Switzerland) mentioned she really like Obama, had just sent him a donation. I asked how - that it was illegal for U.S. presidential candidates to accept foreign donations. She suddenly became very unwilling to discuss the issue. I honestly believe there was a lot of foreign money from small donors in the last election, true believers (and socialists). Don’t think that kind of money is coming in this time, will be interesting to see if any trace will be made to the supposed small donations this time. The numbers are simply unbelievable - a statistician should be able to survey Americans and find out if anything close to the number of donors really made any sort of donation to zero.
Hmmm, if it happens I have to believe the Clintons are behind it.
The last time this was reported; it was supposed to come out last Friday. - I think it’s a diversion, just a diversion that’ll turn into blah . . blah . . blah with the need to appoint investigators and a “committee” that’ll take two years, and in the end, the evidence will be found in a box of torn shreds of documents on Hillary Clinton’s credenza in her office behind her desk . . and nuthin’ will come of it, or else it’s a manufactured thing that’ll only result in Hussein being declared “not guilty” and looking like a poor little victim attacked by the “dishonest” Mitt Romney.
Wasn’t this same corruption and fraud swirling around in 2008 and no one exposed it nor pursued it? This time around, the Messiah and his Chicago Thug Regime have pissed off too many people. Exposure is coming from every direction 24/7.
Nothing, absolutely noting came of it then. Why should anyting come of it now?
