Why are people still talking about the birther issue? Congress and the Supreme Court have said they're not looking into it. But this issue clearly still has legs.
According to Adam Berinsky, a professor of political science at MIT, the birther issue never really went away. He's been conducting polls on the birthplace issue, which he compiled in an article called "The Birthers are (Still) Back." To wit, a lot of Americans continue to have doubts about Obama.
For the last four years, Barack Obama has been plagued by rumors that he is not a natural-born citizen of the United States and, as a result, is not eligible to serve as president. These rumors continue to show surprising resilience.
But what Berlinsky did in his polling was what the progressive defenders of the faith have always done: confused the birthplace question with other questions regarding Obama's eligibility to hold office. To many, the issue isn't where he was born. The question is, who is his father? And is Obama a natural born citizen, since his father was not a U.S. citizen?
Barack Hussein Obama has spent about two million dollars to keep the American people from taking a peek at his original long-form birth certificate. Nobody spends that kind of money unless there's something really damning he wants to hide.

Barackryphal is the liar, as far as I can tell. I’ve read his material and it is fraught with slanted, incorrect information and downright misinformation. It is an attack on Joel Gilbert worthy of Chrissy Matthews. Barachryphal is the fraud.
I dont’ agree with everything Joel Gilbert has come up with, but he had done some original investigating and produced a lot of useful new information. I can’t complete the connection between Ann Dunham and the nude photos, but the evidence is compelling to some. He may produce definitive proof at some point. That would not surprise me.
Gilbert is certainly not a liar. Not by any means. But Barachryphal certainly is.
Obots hate Gilbert and any else who exposes the hidden agenda of their socialist hero.

Thank you. I didn’t know LorenC was Barackryphal, but it is evident from the latter’s writings that he/she is a hard-core partisan propagandist. TexasCONMan is, I think, well named. I’ve watched him shoot down birther arguments/discussions for quite some time. He is adamantly opposed to any form of birtherism. I assumed that’s why he was posting disreputable articles attacking Joel Gilbert.
My experience in dealing with Gilbert is that he is an earnest researcher, a patriot, and is doing his best to get the truth out of the Obama story. Not an easy task. I don’t agree with all of his conclusions, and can’t go as far as he does with some of his evidence, but I appreciate his work.

I’m just curious about how people even knew the name on the birth certificate because I never heard that before. I always believed that he really was born in Hawaii, but that Obama wasn’t his father because they never even lived with Obama.

Again, those bargain basement playboy type pictures of Stanley Anne Dunham gave me my suspicions about Frank Marshall Davis and the Messiah.
I have heard it argued that according to the law, the Husband of the marriage is the legal father, regardless of who the biological father is. (Yes, I know, the law often makes no sense.)
What that means is, even if Barry's biological father is American, His LEGAL father is still a Foreigner, and therefore Barry is NOT a "natural citizen."
In all honesty, this is a thorny question that would have to be worked out by the legal experts, but the chances are that the legal system would regard Barack Obama sr as the father for all legal purposes.
If you are in contact with Joel Gilbert, I would ask you to have him address the accusations raised by Loren Collins in his series. Loren Collins claims to have found one of Gilbert's discovered photographs in a 1958 magazine. If this is indeed true, it means that the photographs cannot be Stanly Ann Dunham. (At least not the ones that Gilbert found.)
It also means that Gilbert is intentionally misleading us. I want to know who is lying, Joel Gilbert or Loren Collins.
That claim has now been called into question. I would like to hear Joel Gilbert respond.

What neighbors? Gilbert drops this tidbit, but never identifies the neighbors, or quotes what they had to say, or how they would know that a visiting 10-year-old was a young Obama. There's no evidence to support this testimony of these anonymous "neighbors," not on Gilbert's website and certainly not in his film.
Telegraph article naming neighbor and documenting a 10 year old Obama visiting Davis. Why doesn't LorenC document this article?

The Telegraph article hints that it may have happened, but not that it did, or if it did, but not how often.
Obama talks about visiting Davis, but Gilbert is using "neighbors" as his source.

If you can prove it. That's what I mean about the details having to be thrashed out. Does Keiza have a Marriage license? Who knows? If divorce is just a matter of saying "I divorce thee" three times, how do we know Barack Sr's marriage to Keiza was legally sound?
Should this case ever make it before an actual responsible court, the facts and details will have to be nailed down.

The reason I called it propaganda because on quite a few recent threads so many lies have been utterly proven to be lies that it is clear that his “SAD is mama and FMD is papa” has not a leg to stand on.

One should accept truth even if found in unlikely places, just like you would accept a nugget of gold even if found in the muck.
Yeah, it ain't gonna happen, and that's why a discussion about it is just speculation.
I don't know if the progs made an honest mistake or not, but they don't have the benefit of the doubt with me. If they made the accusation, they should thoroughly understand what they are saying and back it up. They should contact Joel Gilbert and discuss their questions. I think it is just more misdirection and propaganda on the part of the left.

My investigation, as detailed in "Dreams from My Real Father" reveals a solid case that Obama's biological and ideological father was in fact Communist Party USA propagandist Frank Marshall Davis, and that Obama was indoctrinated into Davis' Marxist world view in his formative years. The liberal media doesn't want the truth to come out, but the DVD is the # 1 documentary on Amazon and we are bypassing them by shipping millions direct to the public as well.
Critics intentionally don't do their homework and ignore evidence in order to attack the film, even though all the information is in the film and additional information is on the film website or on the press link page.
One liberal attack regards the photos of Obama's mother at Frank Marshall Davis' house, which establish the intimate relationship between Davis and Dunham, prior to Davis helping raise Obama from ages 9-18.
Critics mistakenly assumed the magazine covers in the video or on my website are the exact same issues that the many photos of Ann were taken from. In fact, we chose the various magazine covers only based on the cover model wearing similar clothes to Ann or sometimes just an interesting pose, without regard to which photos of Ann came from which issue.
In addition, critics are citing incorrect magazine publishing dates they obtain edon goggle searches, as opposed to the research I did with experts that revealed different publication dates for the various magazines, as detailed in the article by Jerome Corsi at WND here:
