I’m not certain that Paul Ryan has what it takes to deliver a truly outstanding performance a la Romney.

Paul Ryan has two years experience being under constant fire for wanting to "throw Granny over the cliff." I don't think Biden has been asked a really significant question since I was in grade school. So, I know whom my money is on tonight.
