Biden is winning .Ryan is flustered.
Yup. He has Ryan back on his heels. Biden is lying, but he’s coming across as more confidant and aggressive than Ryan. This isn’t going well at all. Biden is dominating Ryan like a pro over an amateur. People were waaay overconfidant thinking Ryan would win.
