Fact Check: Top Ten Worst Lies by Joe Biden in VP Debate
Briebart.com ^ | 10-12-12 | by Joel B. Pollak

Once again, Joe Biden lied his way through a Vice Presidential debate--just as he did in his contest with Sarah Palin in 2008. This time, the media caught a few of Biden's worst "malarkey" moments--as did his opponent, Paul Ryan, when he could get a word in edgewise.

Here are the top ten worst lies told by Biden during the debate:

Update - Honorable Mention: "There's not one Democrat who endorsed his...plan." Biden lied--as Ryan pointed out, amidst the Vice President's interruptions--about the fact that Ryan had worked with both Democratic Sen. Ron Wyden of Oregon and former Clinton budget director Alice Rivlin in developing his entitlement reforms. While it's true that neither have endorsed the Romney-Ryan ticket's separate plan--which is different--Ryan's own plans, to which Biden referred, were endorsed by Democrats, and Biden knows it.

I guess, like most Leftists, Biden figured the Democrat Mass Media propaganda machine would protect him no matter how bad he lied.

I never paid attention to Smirk’n Joe’s lies.

One takes that for granted when listening to a dhimmicrap.

If this were an eccentric uncle living in the attic you could grin and bear it. But he’s supposedly running the doggone COUNTRY, dammit. Pardon my french.

Please, folks. Mitt is a waffly mush who will be anyone’s huckleberry for a moment of convenience. But he’s not insane crazy like Barack, and Mr. Ryan isn’t well into some kind of wrongheaded opinionated dotage. I would like to plead with even arch conservatives to get the nose clothespins out, and oust Obama like it mattered, and certainly forget not the Congress. And then do not forget to be engaged in affairs in a way that goes beyond mere commentary.

There is nothing any third party supporter could say that would convince me to vote third party, knowing it would make it easier for this administration to win. This administration has to be voted out of office.

That said, let's also concentrate on getting a Conservative Congress elected, to hopefully keep Romney focused on the economy.

Mitt and the economy, well it will be mostly like ceasing to be pounded on the head with a hammer. It will feel so good. Yes a strong Congress is needed so that he can’t be goaded into throwing too many social policy bones to Democrats.

One thing that stand out is Biden’s insistence that they got bad intelligence on the events that occurred in Libya which caused them to still get the story wrong weeks later. Yet Biden at the same time insists, based on this same intelligence network, that we will have enough of an advance warning to thwart Iran when they are on the brink of building a nuclear bomb.

To be fair, many people fear that Mitt will carry over his Massachusetts social policies. I believe this does not necessarily have to be the case, as the demands are different on a president than on a governor of a lefty-looie state. Having Massachusetts NOT vote for Mitt for president, and it’s still likely not to according to the best polls, has to say something.

Ultimately, Mitt is being put there to be a wonk, a skilled administrator, and not as a policy generator. We don’t want any policy wild hairs out of a President Mitt and will not be shy about banging on his door about it. But he’s more likely to listen, I believe, if given half a chance.

Ryan was WAAAAAAY too ‘polite’ with Biden- He shoudl have called biden out by saying “Ya knowe Joe- Your campaign repeateldy calls our campaign liars, but we’ve been sigtting here tonight listenign to you rattle off one untruth after another- and hopefully the mainstream media will actually do their job for once and do some fact checkign and let the public know just how far fetched your claims have been tonight’

The Pubbie publicity machine better be churning out ads detailing all this. Biden might be a worse liar than Obama, but when they both lie basically every time they open their pieholes, it’s hard to tell the difference.
