There are, at the very least, some very critical and very dark issues involved here. Answes that they are willing to abjectly lie about to the entire nation on the eve of a Presidential Election in order to keep them from being answered. That tells you right there that it is very, very bad.

Is there a jurisdiction on earth that hasn't had someone confess to a lesser crime that they did commit in order to prevent being charged with a much more severe crime?

While that is true, remember that if Bush ever even APPEARED to possibly have stumbled, the lib media machine would ask the same kinds of questions on the front page above the fold and before the first commercial, ascribing the most devious, evil motives to what happened.

If the questions cannot be answered, they deserve to be asked. There are more lies from this administration just on this one issue than Nixon ever dreamed of telling.
