That seems to be all the rage among these fantastically wealthy black celebs - look as though you just crawled out of the ‘hood. (Although if you read their bios, a lot of them were actually never in the ‘hood to begin with and are the children of middle or upper middle class families.)
In any case, dumb, dumb, dumb.
A few of my classmates at West Point were mormon. I remember them specifically, because they were allowed to take a year off (to go on their missionary work), which was highly unusual...making their West Point odyssey last 5 years instead of 4.
None of them ever talked about not being able to fight...and I think I even discussed ‘just war’ with one of them.

Mormons can serve in the military. I knew one who was a real jerk, but if he had been a Baptist he would still have been a jerk.
There is a National Military Cemetery not far from here. Near the grave of My Father-in-law, which has a cross on the stone, there is a grave with a sandblasted image of Moroni tooting his horn on that stone.

She’s an idiot. My CO in Germany was a Morman. A major in the Security Police field. And he was a good commander, even though he didn’t raise hell like the rest of us. No drinking, smoking, or cussing for him, but a good CO nevertheless. He got up at 4 AM and ran 5 miles a day. Stayed in great shape. Caryn Elaine Johnson (her real name) makes me sick to my stomach ever time I hear her nasally, whining mouth.
