It is slipping under $3.40 in many parts of Ohio, which would indicate some kind of price manipulation. I will bet it goes below $3.00/gal. in Ohio to make this issue disappear in battleground state.

Let’s face it - if you ignore that gas prices have gone up by 120%, you can make hay claiming a 3-1/2% drop in prices.
