Well, if there is a way to fire up the base ... of the RATs ... this will do it. Things are going just fine without this psycho on the air.

That is curious.

Looking at the stations listing, the show time is Midnight to 1:00 a.m. Some are most weeks days, but not all. Some are one day per week. A couple go from Midnight to 2:00 a.m.

That is NOT prime time.

Savage ‘owned’ the afternoon rush hours. Now, his gets Midnight to 1:00 or 2:00 a.m.

Savage was interviewed this morning on the KSFO Morning Show with Brian Sussman, Melanie Morgan, and Katie Green. He sounded good and raring to go.

Sussman earlier came up with a name for the disorder caused by Obama.. irritable bowing syndrome

"I'll carry that for you, sir."

("A few years ago this guy would be carrying our bags...." Bill Clinton.)

I am glad to see KSFO is keeping John Batchelor -- a great source for international and economic news -- no callers so delayed or not matters not.

Savage has bumped his friend Laura Ingraham (delayed) off KSFO.

Nope. Savage will be sitting in his studios broadcasting live at 6PM until 9PM PST. That equates to 7-10 MST, 8-11 CST, and 9-midnight EST. Syndicated airings will necessarily be later.

He is with Cumulus now. So is Mark Levin, who occupies Savage's earlier time slot, so The Savage Nation time slot will not be changing for the foreseeable future.

"Not So Merry Lou", "Spitebar", "Crankabye" etc. will need to find another talk show to announce they will be switching to (ad nauseam) each and every time Savage disappoints them...assuming Dynachrome hosts a daily thread.

Me, I've been listening to Levin every night. Although I like Mark, and he and Savage agree on nearly everything politically, I've missed the uniqueness that is Michael Savage. Strictly politics for three full hours every night doesn't provide the variety and humor I get from Michael.

While I don't think the name calling of other conservative talkers helps him (some of the names ARE funny), but I gladly overlook it for his bravery to say the bold faced truths out loud that the others will not say. I find his oversized ego, and the many other naked psychological imperfections hilarious, familiar, and most entertaining. He is flawed, just like all of us.

Welcome back, Michael Savage!

savage's lead story after the ones about himself ...
His headline?

Obama, Romney paint bleak portrait of each others leadership

yes that is his headline

Bleak portrait? real nice-I thought Romney did quite well.

the story he linked to had it's own headline..."Romney accuses president of 'weakness' abroad, as Obama calls rival 'all over the map'"

I am disgusted-nice time to bash Romney,,,NOT!

I will turn in for curiosity but I am already a Levin listener - MS's absence did me a big favor

nice time to stick up for savage-is he paying you?

also nice to insult the people who have been posting to the savage thread for a long time.

savage used to talk (ad nauseum - in your words) about himself, reading from his books, his new yorker interview, and btw did I say about himself?

all that while doing 3 shows 2 hours a day

plus he is bashing romney at the absolutely most critical time in our country.

if you want to hear about jack hatfield and a few political comments sprinkled around his self aggrandizement - more power to you

Agreed! Tunein radio is far superior. It has a record function which is great in case you miss something and toucan rewind the feed. It’s basically a screw for ipHone.

I seriously hope the third hour is live and not filled with repeats you’ve heard so many times you nearly have them memorized.

I too am looking forward to Michael Savage live starting 12 hours from now. Absence, hearts grow fonder, ya know.

And I too hope that 3rd hour is live. No more recorded interviews, show excerpts, please! (Hopefully the new syndicator made an issue of that — I would have!)

And speaking of recordings, another site to use is http://dar.fm. If you’re not sure you’ll be by a radio during Doc’s new timeslot, try that!

Well, iHeart Radio is a network. It restricts listening which affects us outside the CONUS.
I have recently been listening to radio stations over the internet with Rama Radio.

Its GUI is ugly as wet sin but its the best internet receiver I've found yet. Great station selection and great reception. It has a lot of features also - record, timer and a lot more.
