Now look for the part of the ear that is like the top part of triangle ..but sitting sideways. Now look below it.

Something is off about that photo. Is it a photoshop? Here is someone claiming it is

I have been trying to find the original source for the photo but haven't found it. Can't figure it out from the link.
That triangle shape is not part of his normal ear.
