So why is it showing Obama winning the overall election 57.4/42.9?

Am I reading it wrong?

Yeah but both sides would still be bad. We need to split it three ways. LA and the Bay Area as separate states and the rest as California.

Im sorry to inform you all but this map is completely incorrect.

Wisconsin Ohio New Hampshire WILL BE RED. Pennsylvania & Nevada will be the Florida of 2000 or Ohio of 2004. Minnesota and Michigan are close but not as close as Pennsylvania. This is not wishful thinking. My aunt works for a marketing group that is working for Obama. They already know as long as Republicans show up.... Obama is finished even with voter fraud.

California has too much power. Chunk it into two states.

Heck, we should give Obama his 57 states by splitting up CA into three states, New York into two states, as well as pennsyvania, illinois and michigan.

Maybe split Nebraska in half too, just for the fun of it.

I’ve never seen a sharper drop in a week for a candidate on Intrade.

Given that these folks are putting “money” on the line makes that poll as or perhaps a more accurate sampling of sentiment than some of the crap the Dems have been pushing on us for months.

Sorry Dick, no sale. This site is owned by left wingers with money. As for folks who put money on the line? I made a lot of money shorting stocks like MP3,CMGI and Global Crossing, and people had millions on the line : )

Great. Then we’d have FOUR demoncrat sinators.

How ‘bout we make a compromise like they did in 1820 and when Missouri became a state.

California becomes two states, and Texas gets to form several states as they like.

I think people follow InTrade because it deals with real money. Everyone figures people may say what they want to a pollster but when they are betting real money, that’s what they really think will happen.

FWIW, Romney’s gone on Intrade from 28% before Debate #1 to 44% today.

no need to be sorry.

if GOP wins OH and NH, it is over. So NV and PA cannot be the deciders. Deciders are OH and NH. (OH and any one other)

Fact that Obambi still has a shot in those 2 states, keeps Bambi hopes alive.

Could it be tht foreigners betting my not realize the significance of it being an election of many states, and that in a weird way, for lack of a better description, the results are being rounded up (I knw they aren’t- just that in the next few days, Obama will decline more etc)?

I only believe the polls that have results that I like. I like this one.

If I do not like the results of any given poll, I consider it garbage.

Now, I have to go feed my Unicorns, sit on rose petal covered ground, gaze at Rainbows and enjoy the sweet fragrance of ambrosia.

Less than 2 more stinking weeks, but it feels like an eternity.....

One of the offshore betting sites has Obama at -180 Romney at +150

That is down from a couple of weeks back when Obama was almost a 2 to 1 favorite.

For some reason the Obama campaign is spending money on television ads in Connecticut. If it’s guaranteed to be blue that’s money they could use elsewhere.
