President Obama said Friday he was "not personally aware" of any request for more security by U.S. diplomats in Libya before the Sept. 11 strike on the consulate.

This confirms my initial reaction:

Obama pounded the table and declared:
“We will NOT inject American forces into another mid-East country and create the impression we’re involved in a civil war!”

From there, the team set about inventing excuses.

That is possibly true. State may have been entirely to blame for pre-9/11 security. Of course Obama is still responsible for State. So he still owns it. But he may not have been personally involved in those policy decision because we know he doesn’t care about security.

However there is no question that Obama PERSONALLY owns the lack of a response to those poor souls during the 5 hour battle. He would have known within minutes that our consulate was being attacked.

Even if he didn’t know (which I highly doubt), why didn’t he know, and what’s his excuse for the deliberate ‘stand down’ on requests for help WHILE IT WAS HAPPENING? What’s his excuse for KNOWING, that very night, that it was a terrorist attack and continuing to blame the video?

There just are NO valid excuses that will cover his azz. I just can’t imagine that the truth won’t eventually be made known. Worse case he’s re-elected, then impeached and we get Biden? Can’t be allowed to happen, it just can’t.
