My attitude is: “It had better f’n not!”

I wouldn’t put anything past Obama’s cabal, but since the states affected were clearly in his column, what’s the point? How would it convince states that are drifting towards Romney that his postponing the election is a good thing, rather than an overtly desperate political act?

This is because it hit the center of the world, New York. If it wiped out Florida this wouldn’t even be considered.

Minor little problem. Article 1. Section 4 of the Constitution

Also Article II, Section 1, Clause 4:

The Congress may determine the Time of chusing the Electors, and the Day on which they shall give their Votes; which Day shall be the same throughout the United States.
