It was NOT even a consulate.
It was a "mission".
Whatever was in there is long gone now, and in the hands of the bad guys.
Which makes The Regime’s post-raid storytelling even more heinous.
Obama-the-Undocumented-Traitor was transferring
20,000 MANPADS to al Qaeda to shoot down commercial jets.
Nothing was to get in the way of that.
So the Ambassador and the others were left behind to
be raped and murdered.
Were they hiding anything?
I’ll bet they had guns, ammo, rockets and explosives from the Khadafi regime that they were trying to transfer to the Syrian rebels without letting anyone know about it.
Benghazi will probably turn out to be the North Africa Fast and Furious Operation.
This "consulate" stuff is just part of the cover story.
Weapons running? Could it be that Amb Stevens was about to spill the beans on an Obama approved network of weapons cacheing and distribution to Jihadist networks. Was this really a hit job orchestrated by the WH?
It was a “Gateway House” for running the weapons of the former Qhaddifi regime to Syria and arming the opposition of Assad.
That was it, pure and simple.
The “Ambassador” was the manager of supplies and logistics.
The Administration, if it is caught, will claim they were merely redirecting resources, not actually supplying them.
There was also the story of a boatload of cash, to be used to buy our own arms back from the Syrian overthrow. I’m sure the cash is what the bad guys had their eyes on.

But this isn't a movie about political corruption, it's everyday life in MSM Utopia.
Nothing that heinous could have been going on.
I have to believe we’re just nibbling around the edges on this story. SOMETHING was going on there that the administration doesn’t want anyone to know about. The attack was too bold, the fight too fierce, the administration cover story too convenient/prepared. Something really BIG was going on there . . . probably illegal, certainly embarassing. I hope we learn the truth someday soon.
Why were not ONE of them brought to testify in the congressional hearing?
Would not THEIR testimony be valuable in ascertaining what happened? They WERE there, after all.
I suspicion Wood's father has asked to speak to them and been denied - AND told to be quiet on that subject or be guilty of threatening national security or some such. Wouldn't YOU want to speak to the last people who saw your son alive, the people who ARE alive today becasue your son laid down his life for them? Certainly Wood's father has been aggressive in wanting to know the truth.
There is a story here that not only isn't being told - it isn't even being ASKED. ARe they being held incognito? ARe they under a gag order? ARe they being “programmed” with a cover story they are to tell ‘or else’?
WHERE ARE THEY?
WHY IS NO ONE ASKING?
Maybe we should ‘freep’ FOX and ask them whey they aren't asking? It would be a good part of the story - a new angle to keep it in the foreground.
They were NOT to be discovered.
They would have exonerated Bush.

How did the fighting at the annex stop? Did the terrorists kill Tyrone Woods and Doherty and that satisfied their blood lust and they turned around and went home for an early breakfast, then a bus from the local tourist agency rolled up and took those rescued as well as the bodies to the airport? What the HECK?
Why is everyone trying to replace video with macho talk about no act of terror....note we still don’t use the word terrorist.
I am furious over this thing and if the President gave that directive like he said, I WANT TO SEE IT....NOW!
I believe the real target of the enemy forces (they were not terrorists, they were a military force) was the so-called “annex” (which was not actually annexed to anything).
The attack on the residence was a feint, intended to draw resources away from the “annex” (which worked). The death of Stevens was, in this scenario, collateral damage and not the objective of the operation.
They now have whatever was stored in the so-called “warehouse” at the annex, which, I believe, was their objective.
It is odd how our first Benghazi outrage was that the security there was poor. Perhaps the security was weak for a reason: perhaps added security would have called attention to the Benghazi mission, whatever it was, or perhaps they wanted it weak to facilitate the attack. I hope I am wrong. I hope it was just incompetence rather than a conspiracy.
