Y’know when you think of it, the Democrat Party hasn’t truly won a presidential election on its own merits since 1948...

2008: Bush fatigue and white guilt.
1996: Ross Perot splits the vote.
1992: Ross Perot splits the vote.
1976: Post-Nixon backlash.
1964: Post-JFK sentiment.
1960: Massive voter fraud.

That is an unique thought I had never considered...Obummer resigning so he could get a pardon from Biden. I have always figured he’d get jailed for his many sins in office or have to flee to a country which didn’t permit extradition. Interesting take.

Try to imagine how much you love Ronald Reagan, multiply that by 5000, and then imagine him losing his second election. They LOVE LOVE LOVE Baraq Obama! >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

I often wonder whether the liberal fascists love Obama enough to die for him. If so, we will soon be at war.

I have never loved Obama or what he stands for, which I saw in Kenya in 2007/2008, intertribal genocide is what Obama stands for.Obama is a nationalist socialist, in other words a fascist in every sense of the word.

Obama can’t be gone fast enough IMHO.

I agree completely. l will be crying tears of joy in my living room Tuesday night, but on the outside I will remain positive and dignified. I’ve found that to be the most effective way to win people to our side. In 2008, my two brothers, generally center right, voted for Obama, as did my very liberal sister. Ive talked to them all this week, and they are all in for Romney. They realize that Obama is an incompetent fraud. My sister has had a political, as well as spiritual, Damascus Road experience. She is now as far right as I am. We will have no reason to gloat, but continue to show the contrast in character between liberals and conservatives. I also am in a church that is 90% black. I make no secret of my political beliefs. I express them freely, but in a factual manner. My pastors, who are white and conservative, have confided in me that they think around 30% of the black members have rejected Obama.

That’s not how you framed it, but whatever. You are correct, libs will be suicidal. Conservatives would have been devastated by a Reagan loss, because it would have signified the death of the conservative viewpoint in the US. That would have been like losing a loved one.

The bitterness, the back-biting, the recriminations....will be off the scale.

He rode into office with 70+% approval and firm control of both houses of Congress. The nation was quaking in fear after the financial crisis and willing to do just about ANYTHING.

Perfect storm served up to him on a silver platter to implement the entire Socialist wish list in one fell swoop....AND HE BLEW IT!

That convergence of things is unlikely to happen again anytime soon, and they are going to become very angry at him for letting the moment pass.

Obama has hired a battery of lawyers around the country to cause trouble, if the vote is close. He also has his leftist thug UN “overseers”. If the vote is close, look for a “scorched earth” aftermath.

It should be very clear to you, when the time comes. It should be... and if not, give the guns to your wife and kids. They’ll figger it out.

All valid points!

I'll point out this: Romney is not STUPID, like Bush is. I respect GWB, he was a Republican, I voted for him twice and he was a better man than either person he ran against. But, he was STUPID when it came to defending his administration against attacks.

Romney won't be a human pinata or allow his administration to be treated like one. I still don't like the guy, but, yes, I want him to win and to succeed in rolling back the damage the currant occupant of our White House has unleashed on the world.

DO NOT GLOAT. It is BENEATH us all. Be happy and proud butDO NOT GLOAT. RR 2012 would not want us to do that.

Screw that. The people I know that support Obama say whatever they want about Republicans, about conservatives, about the Tea Party, etc., and don't give a damn about what I think. I'm going to really rub their noses in it.

2008 was a chance to transform America and the electorate.

If McCain had won, then vice president Palin would have become a Reagan like figure, bringing her 93% popularity of leadership and reformist energy into national politics and becoming president.

Palin becoming the face of the GOP and president would have changed politics in America, it also would have been the first time that the white house was filled with tribal Indians.

It was the GOP insiders that prevented that.
