The GOP has been forever talking about “reaching out” more to minorities, young people and women, but when the heck will they ever do it

This has happened. It just yields next to no results. They don’t want to vote republican. They hate republicans and would drink acid before voting for one. It’s not a useful demographic to pursue. It’s about how much free stuff you’re going to give them and little else.

Yes. So? If we win 100% of the Protestant Hispanic vote it would be 31% of the Hispanic vote based on your numbers.

With a 50% increase of Protestant Hispanics (from 50/50 to 100), we are talking about a shift in total Hispanics of 15.5% (1/2 of 31%). And with a total Hispanic vote of 70/30 in favor of Dems this time, you are talking about moving the needle to at best 55/45 with all else staying the same, including no dillution of the Protestants in the Hispanic population by continued illegal immigration.

And what are the side effects of the consessions and/or efforts made to win over this 15.5%? How do you not lose in another area?

Are you just totally clueless??

None of us have any idea how the Hispanics who are protestants voted tonight.

We do know how they HAVE been voting though, in 2000, 2004, and 2008.

I don’t know how to penetrate your ignorance and refusal to read my posts.

I have never mentioned anything about increasing the share of the Protestant Hispanic vote.

Read my posts tomorrow and see if you can figure out what I have been saying to you, over, and over, and over.

Good for them. What ever it is, it wasn’t enough to get Romney over Obama.

I think the solution to the election problems is far more complicated than your Protestant Hispanics.
It’s the government party paying tons of people to have attachment to the government party.

Name call all you want. This quote is not clear:
“”When you have an identifiable group of a demographic, voting republican, then examine it, analyze it, find out why, and then try to learn how to use it with the other portion of the demographic.””.
I ask again: what is "the demographic" you referring to?

The demographic of the Protestant Hispanic, why are they voting differently, and 50/50 republican?

Figure it out and it helps us understand how to win the overall Hispanic vote.

Rather than drifting away from what you and I were actually talking about, go back and look at what you first posted to me about in post 39, it was about the Hispanic vote, specifically the protestant Hispanic vote.

In 2008 they voted republican more than the wealthy did.

The over $200,000.00 income group voted 46% republican.

Protestant Hispanics voted 48% republican.

Figure it out and it helps us understand how to win the overall Hispanic vote. You are clumping them all together too much. I think the liberal Hispanics will not respond to the things the values voting Hispanics do any more than understanding values voting whites will give us the keys to get liberal whites. It ain't about race.

isn't it clear to you all yet that the numbers were manipulated for this outcome???? after 2010 these numbers couldn't be true.
