Once a C-section, always a C-section as method of delivery.

Depends on your doc.

My first was a section, the next three not. I had a doc who had two awesome midwives, all of whom believed in the VBAC (vaginal birth after cesearian).

The "fear" is that the old scar will rupture ... which happens less than 1 percent of the time.
