Marxist Conference Packed with Chicago Teachers

Teachers filled the ranks at the 2012 Midwest Marxism Conference, which was held Saturday at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism.

Chicago Teachers Union Vice President Jesse Sharkey, who spoke at one of the breakout sessions, was just one of the hundreds of attendees, many of them teachers, there to strategize about the next phases of the partnership between Chicago Socialists and the Chicago Teachers Union.

Of course, all recording was strictly verboten unless you had been preapproved by the Chicago Socialists.

The event kicked off with Becca Barnes’s keynote speech. Barnes, a Chicago teacher, spoke about the new era of Marxism in America stemming from the Chicago Socialists’ recent successes in running the show during the Chicago Teachers Strike. Said Barnes, who referred to everyday American capitalists as “capitalist vampires,” “the struggle here in the United States has entered a new phase. Nowhere have we pointed the way forward more clearly than here in Chicago with the teachers union strike.” From her talk and other succeeding events throughout the day, it was clear that the Teachers Union and Marxists were one and the same.

I attended three break-out sessions in addition to the opening plenary. Each began with the speaker congratulating Barack Obama on his win. Rather than allowing discussion, the Chicago Socialists had a policy that disallowed actual person-to-person interaction; rather, the moderator required that you “raise your hand in a fist” in order to be placed in line to discuss. If you didn’t raise your hand in a fist, you were placed after those who did conform and raise their hand in a fist. As a queue formed, the result was that no comment addressed the previous issue raised.

Thankfully, after hours of enduring non-discussion and hate speech against Americans (and being amongst those celebrating a philosophy of mass murderers), I was “outed” as not a communist, told I was “not in solidarity” and surrounded by members of the Chicago Socialists who told me to leave the Northwestern School of Journalism premises. Also “spotted” as not in solidarity was Rebel Pundit, who had a more interesting exit than I:

Registering online is easy and priced on a sliding scale of $10-30. No one will be turned away from the conference for lack of funds! After entering your payment information, you will be asked for the name(s) of those you are registering and you can print a ticket for each person.
************************************

All conference money should be taken away and distributed to all the lower income schools.

I have a two stage solution:

1) Lock all the doors to the place where they are meeting, and

2) Burn the building to the ground.

End of story.

You know what really irks me, though?

When your run-of-the-mill liberal won’t admit that liberalism, democrats in general, and their favorite ‘rat poitician in particular,

are de facto if not fully functional Marxists, communists, or even socialists.

We have witnessed a quiet revolution (coup) as well as the fulfillment of Mr. Soetoro’s promise to “fundamentally change America”. Not a shot fired, and we are now prisoners in our own country.

Remember kids, why we have Kindergarten

It was a Prussian idea to get the kids in government schools as soon as possible.

Conservatives need to get organized to counteract this.

These people will destroy this country.

The collectivist parasites are now INSIDE Gov’t. They are basically the Government Party. How ironic, since their stance for the last 50 years was that they had to bring down the US Gov’t.

Did you catch Barry's presser yesterday when he said he needed to reeducate America?

That was when he talked about Global Warming.

So yeah, here come the Environmental Reeducation Camps.

“Conservatives need to get organized to counteract this.”

Now that’s funny. Although we should have a chik fila moment.

Conservatives need to get organized to counteract this.

My comments on this from the other day. We are not fighting smart.

I’ve been thinking about the road to long term victory and a return to a more traditional America and it seems to me that we’re so busy trying to take the castle that we’re leaving the marxist supply lines unscathed. We can take out the marxist at the top and another will be ready to take his place.

We have got to take control of education and end the production of new marxists. Pulling our kids out of the public schools is fine but it leaves the machine untouched and still pumping out new marxists. We also need to look at who built the machine, who maintains it and how to destroy their ability to do it again.

I wonder how many Americans went to the polls on Tuesday and gave any kind of priority to university boards of regents? These are positions that can cripple men like William Ayers who created much of the marxist indoctrination of our teachers that was and is then carried to the pre schools all the way back to the universities.

Here in Michigan I voted for tea party republican Rob Steel for 1 of 2 seats on the university board of regents. Steel finished 3rd meaning that two former union reps took the two positions. Unfortunately only a fraction of the people who voted for Romney, voted for Steel and most will say “Who?” if I say it today. Virtually every single state level education position went to democrats because we didn’t care enough about those races to bother voting in them.

Civic Committee: Illinois pension system ‘unfixable’

By JOHN O’CONNOR
The Associated Press
Posted Nov 14, 2012

Illinois’ public-employee pensions system is so far in debt that it is “unfixable,” an influential business group said Wednesday.

The Civic Committee of the Commercial Club of Chicago told its members in a memo that even current retirees’ benefits must be cut and other drastic action taken to prevent pension-program bankruptcy, the memo said.

Public education has been Marxist for many years- what is happening now is that they are really embarrassing the idea of closing the testing gap.

WHAT that means is get rid of the smart, white kids. They do this by numbing or humiliating the child into a comatose state, OR chasing the smart kid off, after a series of frustrating and unfair exchanges.

Public schools and teachers are really embracing their Marxists roots now, because they feel embolden and empowered.

This isn’t a Chicago thing. Get your kids out of public schools. They won’t survive the indoctrination.
