Do you really live in Virginia?
Every single GOP governor needs to nullify everything Zero does. Clip his damn wings.
Dear Leader will not be pleased
Thanks for the list!
Tennessee’s GOP Governor Haslam is leaning towards creating a state exchange. He is not listening to his constituents pleas to not create them and do nothing. He will run for re-election in two years. We will remember.
This is a great idea.
Democrats have not passed a budget for three years.
So this is perfectly legitimate. For at least 3 years.
And that’s just playing Dem rules.
No problem at all.
My grand state of Texas is one of the ones that won’t implement it. God bless TEXAS!!!!
Walker would make THE best president!
I think it, also, will affect real estate sales depending the state you live in. Not sure many will want to set down roots in a state that already has that strike against it. Renting would be a better option. I certainly can see the USA state vs. the socialist state prospering.
We're doomed here in MA, but it's nice to know that there's some fight left in other parts of the country.
The comparison between moonbat and non-moonbat states should be... predictable.
I guess us Arkansans are doomed with our democrat governor......
Read this .... all the reasons why a state should say ‘no’:
Didn't the Cryer say that "Obamacare is the law of the land"?
Can some patriots get his ear?
State-created exchanges mean higher taxes, fewer jobs, and less protection of religious freedom. States are better off defaulting to a federal exchange. The Medicaid expansion is likewise too costly and risky a proposition. Republican Governors Association chairman BOB MCDONNELL (R.,Va.) agrees, and has announced that VIRGINIA WILL IMPLEMENT NEITHER PROVISION.
There are many arguments against creating exchanges.
First, states are under no obligation to create one.
Second, operating an Obamacare exchange would be illegal in 14 states. Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Missouri, Montana, Ohio, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah, and VIRGINIA have enacted either statutes or constitutional amendments (or both) forbidding state employees to participate in an essential exchange function: implementing Obamacares individual and employer mandates.
Great News from a man that tries to adhere to principle, try to find ways to get things done. Unlike Boner
I have a nephew who is an actuary at a huge insurance company. Their clients are large corporations. GM for instance.
He says they have run the numbers on ObamaCare for many clients. All the clients tend to opting to accept the penalties. His company is also running the numbers for massive conversion to temporary employment.
we fight on in the states. thank God for tea party conservatism and its champion gov. walker.
The employers will accept the penalty over insurance. But the states w/o a penalty will be better than states with a penalty. This will be like right to work vs forced unionization. Pretty much all the jobs created in the so called recovery have been in right to work states. The economic conditions between red states and blue states will grow; that’s good.
Eventually, there will be no private health insurers and all health care will be nationalized.
Some private facilities may remain for up front fees. The good stuff will be off shore.
Don't forget, socialists hate free enterprise, profit and private property. There is still plenty to be confiscated.
Might as well add rule of law to that list.
