ED SCHULTZ, MSNBC: "If I could just put it this way: the White House is taking the Republicans to the cleaners in negotiation on this. This is a huge win for the White House, if they can get the votes on this. And that's why Schumer is coming out, saying that there's going to be strong Democratic support here. This is a big win for the Democrats, no question about it. A big win for America. This underscores the vote on November 6th, there's no question about it."

"There is still the debt limit fight. So its not over yet"

No...there's no one to "fight" with the 1-Party system in Washington today....

Americans who are parasites on others for their very existence were the bulk of those voting (D), Straight-Ticket, to keep the handouts flowing....

They've run up debts that can NEVER be paid, on the backs of Consumers/Taxpayers, and only all the guns and ammo being sold in the past 5 years+ are gonna change things when the welfare checks and handouts stop flowing.

RE :”Too bad they’re not interested in what’s good for the country. Just winning at all costs”

Well lucky for us *our side* doesn’t care about winning, *we* don’t care about actually beating O. *we* are very happy losing and whining about it.

*we* only care about symbolic votes like the 33 House votes repealing O care, or all the symbolic House votes we will see against this tax cut extension. Voting 'no' on so much stuff that passes into law is just so rewarding.

liberals think that massive debt spending is good for America for some reason

The sooner they bankrupt the free enterprise country, the sooner they can start building the socialist utopia.

Does this puffy-faced scumbag Shultz not realize that the “deal” hasn’t passed yet?
His gloating is certain to help get it passed, lol.

The fight may not be over but it's over for the GOP and likely over for this great nation of ours.

You seriously posting this crap? This buffoon and a lefty tool on MSNBC spinning for the Left is news now on FR?

Sure, we don’t like this deal and want this deal. What better deal can we get with this Senate and POTUS? Please educate me on the parameters of the deal and how it would pass both houses and be signed into law.

Don’t blather please.

I'm not an elected official. Not my job. I'm just a voter and I did not vote for increased taxes with NO cuts.

Boehner managed to get himself and the party between a rock and a hard place. I see a SUPER majority coming in 2014.

Seriously? Don't we know that the Republicans will cave once again?

I use that word ‘cave’ a lot too.
But do Republicans even know what they stand for?
To just oppose O on everything and then lose each fight by choosing fantasy instead of reality.

O wins because he commands public opinion something R side ignores.

Rs lose because they don't unite against Dems and they would rather live in a fantasy world then reality.
‘ All the polls showing Romney is losing are rigged’
‘Killing plan B is killing a tax increase’

This is delusion.

Yes, defining 'extending tax cuts' as 'tax increases' is a sure way of ending up losing.

One can only hope that there aren’t enough votes in the House to pass this piece of garbage legislation. No spending cuts? A tax increase? A cap gains tax increase? Kicking tough choices down the curb. What an fn joke.

Yes. Voters get one vote. Congressional leaders get to govern. This is the “best” outcome for now. Keep voting and keep fighting. Better policy outcomes will come by us staying involved and fighting. Not by continuously beating up our side.

‘ All the polls showing Romney is losing are rigged’

Are you denying that? Be careful or they'll call you a "troll". Oh, I forgot, that group has dissapeared since election night.

Actually they have not dissapeared. They're now circling the wagons around John Boehner trying to convince us that Boehner's got the democrats and Obama over a barrel now.

That's exactly what they're doing.
