On December 29, the owner of American Spirit Arms; Joe Sirochman relayed this chilling news via Facebook:

All, My name is Joe Sirochman owner of American Spirit Arms and I wanted to share my recent experience with Bank of America .(which we have been doing business with for over 10 years)…. Everyone is familiar with the latest increase in guns sales , dealers selling out of inventory , Manufacturers back logged for months , large revenue all generated in the last two weeks …. American Spirit Arms is no exception to the overwhelming demand . What we have experienced is that our web site orders have jumped 500 % causing our web site E commerce processing larger Deposits to BANK OF AMERICA ..Well, this through up a huge RED Flag with Bank of America . So they decided to hold the deposits for further review , meaning that the orders/payments that were coming in through the web ,( being paid by the customer and that were shipped out by American Spirit Arms ),the BANK was keeping (UNDER REVIEW )..as you could imagine this made me furious…

After countless hours on the phone with BANK OF AMERICA I finally got a Manager in the right department that told me the reason that the deposits were on hold for FURTHER REVIEW …

HER EXACT WORDS WERE … ..” WE BELIEVE YOU SHOULD NOT BE SELLING GUNS and PARTS ON THE INTERNET “

He should tell them to get lost and give him HIS money so he can do business with a more American bank.

“The times, we live in, are in fact lawless times.”

You got that right and it’s all comes down to who’s going
to do anything about it. It’s proven that the Republican party is useless in this matter. The ballot box is corrupt
to the core which leads us to our final box. BLOAT.

In response to your question, I was a long-time customer of Barnett Bank, Florida. My particular Barnett turned overnight into BOA with no North Carolina in between.

When BOA's social policies turned hard left, I dumped them faster than a Hillary disappearing act.

My firm policy is to never feed any hands that are biting me.

Such is so. I dont think that the hearts and minds of the American people have changed that much since the times of Old Hickory. In the same vien as you quoted, Ike gave us his superfine warning of the “Military-Industrial Complex”. And so it came to pass in the early twentyfirst century...

My fiancee’ and I can feel his pain. We both had commercial accts with BOFA for years. They are so bad we both finally closed out our accounts. I only hope I live long enough to finally see them go under like they should have 6 years ago.

No one can contest any point of your statement. Any member of the Republican party who is not a pea-brain should be thinling of what they will do next. As should anyone who is sick and tired of our current government. What about you Slambat, any ideas?

It sounds to me like BOA was just making sure something illegal wasn’t being done.

People need to calm down

What about you Slambat, any ideas?

Start with state legislators and lieutenant governors. Get
voter Id passed in as many states as possible and get rid of
this,
Democratic National Committee v Republican National Committee
Case No. 09-4615 (C.A. 3, Mar. 8, 2012)
(check out section “e”)

http://judicialview.com/Court-Cases/Civil-Procedure/Democratic-National-Committee-v-Republican-National-Committee/10/201975

First step Get rid of the RINOS.
Second step is to crack down on voter corruption. If that
don’t work, then succession.
The last thing we need is armed conflict.

Sounds a bit suspicious. Didn’t think banks could arbitrarily freeze accounts.

BofA started out as Bank of Italy in San Francisco way back. I think they changed the name to be more of an American sounding institution.

Granted, if we can get back the power of vote which we seem to have lost. The Rinos now control the Republican party to an extent that IMHO conservatives and middle-of-the-roaders have no other apparent choice except to leave the Republican party.

No one in his right mind wants to use violence as a means to accomplish change. My deepest fear is that we will be forced into violence as a result of those that may believe that they can use extreme means to permanently disarm the populace. If that ever occurs we will have no choice but to resist with violence. History tells me that we are so far down the road to a totalitarian state that we will soon have not have the ballot to make change possible. Do you not believe that at this time preparation is a very prudent course of action?

i suppose if anyone still had bofa accts yu could do the same to them -

Closing the acct because i don’t believe banks should provide services that require social security numbers to illegal foreigners who don’t have them.

Closing the acct because i don’t believe you as a bank should express any opinions on my 2nd amendment guaranteed protected rights to self-defense.

“Do you not believe that at this time preparation is a very prudent course of action?”

Sure. Gold, silver, medical supplies, food, ammo just to
name a few. Knowledge is also important. Like how to farm,
make soap, canning and preserving, etc. Also we meed to pay
close attention to who and what surrounds us. Eventually we
will simply need to say no more and that is what we will
need to be most prepared for. Your bug-out buggy may well
be needed to get you to the front of the war. Your food and
ammo supply may be needed to sustain a troop. Also keep in
mind that if the people are forced to stand up to a tyrannical government,
it may well not be just ours but many others.

I sell telcom services and have several customers who are banks and there is no way that is company policy. Someone might blurt out their personal opinion and feign ownership of “a mistake” by asserting ownership of a process they had nothing to with but, find an oportune moment to express their opinion through a straw man technique and shift it “A Higher Authority”.

I see this all the time. Most times it’s benign and I ignore it. Then there other tiimes it interefers with the buying process or client management.

Few employees have the ability to say yes, so sometimes they resort to synthetic control for various self serving reasons.

Some one screwed up. Intentionally and out of malice or a series of mistakes in process. Probably a bit of both.

Not BofA policy otherwise you woukd see this from other gun mfrs, suppliers and stores.

There arn’t any others as yet.
