NY Democrat pleads with Republican not to share document proposing confiscation of guns

The State of New York this week passed some of the strictest gun control laws in the United States, effectively outlawing 'assault weapons' and limiting the size of magazines.

But if Republican Assemblyman Steve McLaughlin is to be believed, the New York State Democrats would have gone further if they could have. Much, much further.

In a video posted to his Facebook page, McLaughlin has shared the information of a 'secret' Democrat proposal not simply to make the purchasing of the crudely monikered 'assault weapons' illegal in New York, but also to engage in a mass confiscation programme, removing Americans' weapons from their possession.

McLaughlin writes:

"Here it is. This is the video where I was asked to keep the Democrat proposals for the NY SAFE Act away from the public. This list was given to me by a colleague and it is not confidential.

This bill was an attack on the 2nd amendment and the Democrats clearly wanted to dismantle the work of the Founding Fathers. None of these amendments were included in the final bill thanks to us fighting back. I will not stand silent while these unpatriotic proposals are pathetically thrown at us a 11 o’clock at night":

Hillary promised the slimes at the U.N. that America would be disarmed by February 2013.
Bastards best get busy then.

The reason for the 2nd Amendment is to provide protection against a government that passes laws such as those outlined above!

Where were the Repubs when the socalled “Safe Act” was passed in the NY Senate?

Oh that's right, they voted for it.

Yeah, the Repubs could have prevented this atrocity, but now they say “we stopped the Dems from taking all your rights away”. They should have stopped what already has occurred!!!!

The Administration is lying!

NBC News Special Report is now reporting that NO assault rifle was used in the Newtown school shooting! The AR15 rifle WAS left in the car and not used. So this assault on the people's Constitutionally guaranteed rights to the use of firearms is based on BS (capital B, capital S) put out by the administration.

Stand by folks, because there is more information soon to come forth about this (so called) random school shooting!!!

tired&retired :

Yes , that is exactly the list as I have it too
This bill was no happenstance !
It was presented at 11:00PM , and NO ONE had a chance to read the bill !!
This list didn’t just suddenly spring up out of nowhere !
It was planned by those who would disarm us , but not necessarily anticipated ..
It is a plan for future challenges which the libturd base intends to implement nationwide

Fortunately , these proposals didn’t all pass , .. this year , maybe next year ... (?)
The intent is clear ~ DISARM ALL THE CITIZENS
Make the laws so convoluted that no one who owns a firearm can comply (no one commercially makes a 5 or 7 round magazine)
Make every gun owner a CRIMINAL !!
Reread that last statement again ..
Make EVERY GUN OWNER A CRIMINAL !!

First - It applies to New York ..
Then , .. comming to your state !!
This is their agenda .. prepare !!
