Drudge has a story up that by 2016 the cheapest family policy available will cost $20K.
The fine for not buying one is $2400.

fine tax for dependents without insurance, the "penalty" has become a $2400 per person capitation tax on the uninsured, so it will cost the family of five $12K to go without insurance. 10
