Put the blame where it belongs, Fractional Reserve Central Banking, the World Bank, the IMF and all the other Marxist organizations that have been implemented over the last 100 years.
Of note for me is that this savagery displays itself often in left wing cities. This is where the herd will be culled. The socialists and communists they voted for will slaughter them with no remorse.
