Ted Nugent talks about his soon-to-be appearance at the SOTU tonight and how he’s gonna take on the media tsunami and dominate them with facts. Yeah, he’s not that modest, but he’s right and it should be fun to watch:

It will not matter what Ted says. They will use what ever tool in their box of tricks to play games. They control the the cameras and the low information voters. The low information voter only gets the major networks and PBS. If only Ted could swing in from the gallery. That would be an event.

I agree with your assessment. He always reminds me of Trump in that, although he often makes sensible statements, he seems to just love the publicity too much.

Ted was in Katy, TX a week or so ago to debate gun issues with Piers Morgan. The next morning, as I drove into work, I listened to sound bytes from the exchange on a local talk radio station. Ted made excellent points, completely destroyed the arguments made by his opponenet, and had good command of the facts. Granted, Piers isnt the most formidable debater, but Ted demonstrated that he pould think on his feet and respond effectively.

I can’t answer for CatherineofAragon, but I will take a Ted Nugent over anyone on a list of rapidly growing Republican Quislings (Boener, Roberts, McCain, Romney, to name a few.)

I think Nugent’s Twitter page may give some idea who will be interviewing him but I do not know which media or when so we may have to wait for the videos later on the internet.
