The thought that comes to my mind is why aren’t they also taking the aluminum light poles.
Years ago in West Palm Beach thieves cut the aluminum poles down with chain saws and then into convenient lengths to haul away.

They’re also contracepting/aborting themselves into oblivion (in a similar manner to whites, but starting with a lower population). Here in NJ many “black” areas have become Hispanic (to the point where mayors and other elected officials are brown instead of black), and I work with many welfare-queen-wannabes that only have one bastard (because under the 1996 welfare reform cash-for-kids ended - no mo’ money for mo’ chilrun). They have the one just to get on the rolls, but that’s it - and the one eventually grows up, forcing the mom into the workplace. Hispanics passed blacks in numbers 10 years earlier than anticipated - in 2000 rather than 2010 - due in no small part to the welfare reform.

City will now have to turn off the power at dusk so nobody else is harmed by that evil electricity. We must put an end to all this electrical violence.
I am quite familiar with Springfield...far more so than with Detroit.My sister lives near Springfield and my niece is a pediatric nurse in a Springfield hospital.In addition to Springfield we have several others..Lawrence,for example.What all these cities have in common is having been run by Rats for decades.I must say,however,that although I don't know Detroit well (attended the Auto Show twice) I think that Springfield,bad as it is,will take a while to catch up.
With God as my judge...I have seen cities/towns in Asia,Africa and South America that look more "civilized" than the parts of Detroit *I've* seen.
He was also delighted for a few seconds. Wonder if he drove a volts-wagon to the crime scene.

Yes, electricity has been shown to have lethal side effects so it needs to be regulated and its use will henceforth have to be licensed by the city. This will entail setting up another bureaucracy to issue licenses and conduct inspections of all household wiring to ensure the proper use of electrical devices. And these “services” will necessitate annual licensing fees that have to be renewed each year. /sarc
