From www.mrvirtualpresident.com:

GUNS (Virtual State of the Union - 2013)
February 21, 2013
In this segment of his Virtual State of the Union,
the Virtual President talks about why politicians
want to talk about gun control rather than crime control,

and delivers the factual evidence and historical truths
that make the case for the Second Amendment self-evident...

"FReeper Editorial" by RonDog
The release of Bill Whittle's "Virtual INAUGURAL" video earlier this month marked the beginning of his two-year quest
to "shadow" President Obama – i.e., to go where Obama goes (figuratively) -- and do what Obama does (virtually).

Today, "V-POTUS" Whittle takes his "virtual" crusade against the Obama machine to the NEXT level,
with the release of this first installment of his "Virtual STATE OF THE UNION" speech.

As I posted on the original "V-POTUS" thread:
BILL WHITTLE launches MrVirtualPresident.com to "shadow" Obama,
releases "Virtual Inaugural" video
Bill Whittle intends to show the world how a CONSERVATIVE "virtual" President
would respond to the same current events -- and answer the same kind of questions from the media --
as the current LEFTIST non-"virtual" President does.

His goal is to show the American people what they **could have** had,
if they had elected a better President LAST time --
and to show the current "leaders" in our party, if any will listen,
how to effectively communicate our superior values NEXT time.

And, from www.mrvirtualpresident.com/v-potus:
V-POTUS
Welcome to the home of the Virtual President of the United States (V-POTUS).

The Virtual Presidency is a rhetorical device used to introduce common sense into modern American politics.

During the next few weeks and months, this website will be in a state of constant growth.
We'll continue to add new features, including...a schedule of speaking engagements...

To follow will be some of **my** thoughts on how we can best help Bill Whittle
in his campaign to restore the traditional conservative values
which made this country great.

(Please post **your** thoughts here, too.)

"Virtual President" BILL WHITTLE "Virtual STATE OF THE UNION - 2013" [part one: talking about GUNS]
Thanks for the ping to this NEW thread!

In case you missed it, here is Bill Whittle's PREVIOUS "Virtual President" video,
as posted (with commentary) on americanelephant.wordpress.com:

The Virtual INAUGURAL 2013
by The Elephant's Child
February 7, 2013, 11:10 pm
Bill Whittle has a marvelous way of getting right to the heart of things.

His Virtual Inaugural is meant to be dissent.
He doesn’t agree with the direction of this administration, and
he presents an alternative Inaugural address to explain the difference.

I’m with Bill Whittle.
If all Republicans could speak as clearly as he does, we’d be a lot better off.

Here is a transcript of the speech [corrected] to download.

It’s worth reading over several times and thinking about.

It’s easy to dissent, to disapprove of policies and actions of this government,
but not so easy to spell out what we would do instead.

This is truly food for thought, to be pondered, not just scanned and passed over.
Enjoy.

I saw this earlier today on The Truth About Guns blog and it's the most eloquent defense of Gun Rights and The Second Amendment I've see to date.

I highly recommend it.

Bill mentions the powerful story of AMANDA COLLINS.
