Hail core of one thunderstorm missed us by about 10 miles, wife's cousin called and said
her daughter's car has roof damage and hood damage by hail golf ball to baseball size.

Friday night, “Recoil” 4 stars, Steve Austin movie, and “One in the Chamber” 4 stars, with Cuba Gooding, Jr., and Dolph Lundgren.

Saturday night, “Death Race 3: Inferno” with Luke Goss, 3 stars for bad editing and too much subwoofer, and “Cosmopolis” with that little twerp Robert Pattinson, 3 stars for a stupid story line and lack of an ending.

This evening, we watched episodes of “Paladin,” “Mission Impossible 1988,” “Star Trek: Next Generation,” “Stargate Atlantis,” and “Being Human.”

We have been very pleased with the TV DVDs that we have purchased. It’s nice to go back and see those old shows again, but the newer shows are very nice as well.

I’ve been doing my reviews for, shall we say, a limited audience lately, but if you’re missing them, I’ll put them on the FReepathon threads. But after the ‘thon, where should I post them? I certainly don’t want to start a thread for 2-4 movies.

At one time, I posted them on the Undead Thread, but they were universally ignored, not a single comment or “thank you,” so I stopped.

“Being Human” is a British show, as well as Dr. Who, of course, but they’re not releasing the whole season of Who, just the first five epi’s, which we already devoured. They were great.

Ah, generalities.

In MA they’re still building solar farms even though a business I worked with over 40 years ago determined that MA did not get sufficient sun and that it would cost more to run them than what little energy developed.

Haven’t heard anything about the proposed windmills off Hyannisport, the Kennedy compound.

The windmill in Boston is spinning about 15% of the time I drive by it and the wind isn’t blowing when the blades move so it’s being driven by electricity and not wind.
