Tyranny: The Founding Fathers Took A Stand Against It. Now It Is Our Turn
Freedom Outpost ^ | Mar. 15, 2013 | Jim Stachowiak

The Department of Homeland Security and police forces label anyone who they disagree with or who disagrees with government policies as terrorists. We have already seen how FEMA refers to the Founding Fathers as terrorists.

In the early years leading up to the first American Revolution our founding fathers were demonized by the majority of their fellow citizens. In fact the media of their day (newspapers) even went so far as to label them as kooks, wack jobs and people who needed to be institutionalized. This was an ad hominem attack in an attempt to destroy their creditably and turn their fellow citizens against them. Sounds like what we have been hearing from the TRAITORS in D.C. for years from members of both parties.

Patrick Henry in his historic speech Give me liberty or give me death said:

Should I keep back my opinions at such a time, through fear of giving offense, I should consider myself as guilty of treason towards my country, and of an act of disloyalty toward the Majesty of Heaven, which I revere above all earthly kings.

Unfortunately, many who call themselves PATRIOTS are, in fact, not our fellow countrymen, but should be considered TRAITORS as they are afraid to speak out and criticize government policies out of fear of what may happen if they do. Many who do speak out are being politically correct when they do, and tout the fact they have not been labeled wack jobs by the media and fellow Americans. This clearly shows they are not doing enough to shake up the tyrants, based upon historic precedents.

One opposes tyranny, or one enables it. There is no middle ground and time is not an ally. Wrapping tyranny in the flag and calling it security makes it no less evil.

Anyone who disagrees with the acceptable way of looking at things is a terrorist.

How is this different from Stalin or Mau’s use of labels such as “enemy of the state?

“There’s no way to rule innocent men. The only power government has is the power to crack down on criminals. Well, when there aren’t enough criminals, one makes them. One declares so many things to be a crime that it becomes impossible for men to live without breaking laws.”

“Tyranny: The Founding Fathers Took A Stand Against It. Now It Is Our Turn”

Can’t disagree. Now let’s see if conservatives can organize enough to attend a local town council meeting to oppose a property tax and vote in a constitutional sheriff in their local counties. From my experience, most conservatives are still organized around remodeling their kitchens, barbecuing ribs and worshipping the false god mammon.

You may be correct, however a constitutional republic protects the rights of the individual even when their ideas are very much in the minority.

If I were the only person in America who believed in the 2nd amendment, I would still be within my rights to call upon it. Some would think I was insane and possibly celebrate if I was gunned down, but in the end I would be the only true American among us.

I can only say, “MOLON LABE”. For me, that will be my cry as I fight and fall if I must. I will not live without our GOD given rights!.

It will all be talk, until someone comes to take our Guns, then what will you do?

It is a righteous thing to put on the mantle of Ronald Reagan and wear it proudly.

People complain - where is Reagan when we need him?

Well, folks WE have to be Ronald Reagan.

The progressives could not stand him while he was alive.

Can you imagine their utter dismay if they were faced with a nation of red-blooded Ronald Reagans?

The progressives could not stand him while he was alive.

Neither could the Rockefeller Republicans, well of course, they did like him when they could ride his coattails.

If I am doing nothing wrong and they label me a terrorist
what motivation do I have to behave myself?

When they do, they stand alone.

I have to grudgingly agree. These changes have taken place so incrementally that those with the gumption to fix things are far too few in number.

This doesn't mean that we can't know freedom .. it's just that we're going to have to look outside the borders of the US and take a little more risk than we're accustomed to.

The fact that we have come to this discussion about defending Our Constitutional rights means it may already be too late. Marx, hitler, mao, and all of the empirical megalomaniac despots throughout history were masters at manipulating the emotions of the populace, and bending them to their will to achieve their own ends. Logic and reason need not apply. To those that say it could never happen here: maybe the followers of the despots will put that epitaph on your headstone, assuming you don't end up in a mass grave, or a pile of ashes in a furnace along with all of the other naive ones.

Throughout my adult life, California has always been a bellwether culturally and politically for the US as a whole, typically 10 or 15 years ahead.

I think we can look at California today and see where the US is headed. Dem control, supermajority legislatures, gun control, green hysteria, mega taxation, etc.

A Christian restoration of holiness can fix this.

Check out some of the links in the first paragraph at the following link:

The writer is wrong.

Civil War will invite invasion. It signs the death certificate of this country.

Don’t do it.

A restoration of Christian holiness is the only way out.
