LOL, I didn’t mean it that way (I was sarcastically alluding to his promise to go over the federal budget “line by line”) but you’re right to say he “goes OVER all his budgets” with his actual spending.

When I see nobama and blow in the same sentence I think several things: (a) reggie, (b) powder and (c)the press in regards to nobama.
The first thing I thought of was that he must have done some snorting while he wrote that budget. Now that the details have started coming out, I’m sure that is the case...
