Audrie Pott, the 15-year-old California girl who killed herself after photos of her alleged sexual assault appeared online, felt "tortured" by the experience of being betrayed by suspects whom she once considered friends, the family's attorney, Robert Allard, said today.
"We have Audrie's words that reveal just how tortured she was," Allard told ABCNews.com of her online comments.
"Over the week that followed, she was literally tortured by the knowledge that people she thought were her friends were passing around photos of what took place," he said of the allegations.
In the week after the alleged assault last Labor Day at a gathering at a friend's house, a humiliated Pott, according to Allard, posted messages on Facebook, saying, "My life is ruined."
Allard said Pott also posted, "This is the worst thing ever" and "Those guys put 'blank' inside of me," not providing details.
Three 16-year-old boys were arrested Thursday on suspicion of sexual battery in the assault on Pott while she was passed out at a party, according to the Associated Press.
Santa Clara County police have not responded to numerous requests for comment. Authorities have not publicly identified the boys because of their ages.
"Based upon the discussions with the police officers, at least one picture was disseminated extensively," Allard said. "There was enough within that to demonstrate that a sexual assault had occurred between multiple boys."

Parents, keep your teens on a tight leash. Keep them home and have their friends over at your house, and always know where they are going and who they will be with at all times when they do go out. I cannot understand why parents let their teens go off to parties with no supervision. I don’t care if they hate you for it. There is too much awful stuff going on to let kids run loose.
These things are happening at somebody’s house and they’re getting booze from somewhere. There must be a lot of adults out there who are letting teens do whatever they want.
Its a dangerous world out there. Women must know how to protect themselves, and at least not put themselves at the mercy of predators. I fear society is going to become increasingly dangerous for women.

This is what “Sex Ed” in schools teaches-—it removes morality from the Sex Act. Most people do not understand childhood development and sexual identity formation—and when “Sex Ed” is put into schools-—it removes the dignity and morality from the sex act and makes it meaningless.

Public schools will destroy the character and innocence of children-—who will NOT form their sexual identity normally-——and it strips sex of morality (as Freud stated would happen) and you become base animals. It will be an accident for anyone to be “moral” when they go through these Billy Ayers’ type indoctrination.
Their “worldview” is being shaped-—and it throws Christian Ethics OUT and forces Satanic ethics in. And “Christian” parents are allowing the indoctrination and ruin of their children-—they worry about their food and health and NOT the ROT that goes into the brains-—ideas and associations are embedded for LIFE! Rape is an assault on the soul as well as the body.
A culture that tolerates sexual debasement and decadence ought not to be shocked by such horrible behavior. Teaching the rationale and the ramifications of sexual morality is a lost cause in the modern era. Most youth today simply do not possess the moral template to even comprehend the concepts. At the least the culture ought to expound that getting pleasure and gratification from human suffering and humiliation is wrong.

There was only one creep who went there on the last thread about this kind of thing. He wasn't well received here, as a matter of fact he was mocked and derided. It had nothing to do with being a FReeper man.

I blame liberals who teach girls that they’re not only equal to boys.. But SUPERIOR! The ‘Girl Power’ message is downright dangerous for girls.
I didn’t actually mean FReeper men. There were a few women who were vicious about the Steubenville victim, but MOST FReepers were against the rape of an unconscious young girl.
There is a small nasty group of women-haters on FR, but many more wonderful MEN.
Apparently, one of the abusers was immediately whisked to Morgan Hill or Gilroy and enrolled in school there. I don’t think that will save him, thankfully.
Not when she’s unconscious. I’m capable of performing an outrage on those boys when they unconscious and are unable to say “no” ....something they’ll live with and remember for the rest of their lives.
