I personally think that a federal, state, or county judge ought to be forced to accompany every single raid on a home. If something like this occurs....you take that judge and lock him for a year or two. This would really limit the possibility of legal papers being approved.


I love it! Of course I would also like it better if the person filing for the warrant was also held PERSONALLY responsible for any and all (Clerical/serving/wrong address, etc.) mistakes and with mandatory JAIL sentences and Massive fines.

It might make them a bit more careful, don’t you think?

Jail time, yes...about three decades. Instead of massive fines...massive sums paid directly to the wronged person in each of these cases. And if the perps can’t personally pay, the gov’t pays and the perps Jail time is doubled.
