I would only say, Bush should not be alone in condemnation, but the entire GOP Congress bears as much fault with his failed Presidency....They didn’t have his back the few times he really needed it, i.e. Social Security reform.

Congress should always get the lions share of credit and blame.

Totally Bush's fault. Never knew how to play hardball. Should have told some RINOs especially those 2 from Maine & told them of definite base closures, etc. if they voted against him. None had consequences against them.
