I think movement is dangerous for them - IED’s may not be limited to pressure cookers and even those may not be visible. If they think there’s a safe house(s) in the area, those could be wired etc. If they seal the area - better chance of surviving the hunt for the men in there? Or does it leave the men or man more time to nest in, wire more?
CNN was summing things up, and they did not mention a suspect dead. They are only mentioning the naked guy arrested. They are also saying they don’t have official confirmation that Watertown is connected with the Boston Marathon. They said they should know shortly.
