Finally made it out to the range. The 4595 is a well put together piece of weaponry. I only have the ghost sights (plan on adding a scope in the next few weeks) but it was extremely accurate at 25 and 50 yards and was still reasonably accurate at 100 yards (5 rounds in an area the size of a dinner plate). There is hardly any recoil, about like a .22's.

If I had any complaints so far, it would be more of a gripe in that Hi-Point didn't design their pistols and carbines to accept 1911A1 magazines. I have plenty of 1911A1 magazines, but now I'm going to have to invest in several extra magazines for this carbine.
