Outraged parents say a New York middle school instructed young female students to ask one another for a lesbian kiss – and boys learned how to spot young sluts – in an anti-bullying presentation on gender identity and sexual orientation, according to Fox News’ Todd Starnes.
According to Starnes’ Report, the children attended a special April 11 health class taught by college students at Linden Avenue Middle School in Red Hook, N.Y. Parents say they were not notified of the presentation.
The students were introduced to terms such as “pansexual” and “genderqueer.”
Some of the young female students said they were told it was common for 14-year-old girls to have sex and their parents couldn’t stop them.
Mandy Coon, a mother of an eighth-grade student said, “I am furious. I am her parent. Where does anyone get the right to tell her that it’s OK for her to have sex?”
According to Fox News, Coon said her daughter was distressed by the presentation and wondered why she’d been required to ask another girl to kiss her.
“She told me, ‘Mom, we all get teased and picked on enough – now I’m going to be called a lesbian because I had to ask another girl if I could kiss her,’” Coon said.
According to the mother, the school said the lesson was meant to “teach girls boundaries and how to say no.”
“They also picked two girls to stand in front of the class and pretend they were lesbians on a date,” Coons said.
The Poughkeepsie Journal reported that Red Hook Central School District Superintendent Paul Finch said the class focused on “improving culture, relationships, communication and self-perceptions.”

I had a similar experience. I was brought to Hillside Children's Center for troubled kids (go figure, right?) and there was a pecking order in the cabin I was assigned to. One of the kids there was the top dog, but he was small and he had a big kid for muscle. Even though he was small, he tested me on the front porch one day when the staff was busy.
I warned him I knew martial arts. I didn't know a damned thing about it, but I bluffed anyways. So he goes "Oh yeah? Well KARATE THIS!" and ran at me.
I stuck my leg out and closed my eyes.
He ran into my leg and fell down, scratching and bruising himself on the stone step.
Suddenly *I* was the top dog. I used my leadership to teach everyone how to play Dungeons and Dragons and soon there were tables of excited kids happily behaving and playing the role playing game.
The staff said I was the best influence the cabin had ever seen.
I bet their fathers were so proud. Second from left has a baby face and looks no more than 14.
Dumb old me. I always search on phrases in the headline.

I was the nerdy, chunky, viola player with a bad complexion.
One of the school bullies pushed me too far. Knocked my books out of my hands while going up a set of stairs. I grabbed him by his shirt-front and slammed him into the wall hard enough for his head to make that “*thock* sound when he hit... Out cold.
Last two years of high school were a breeze.
It was only the “feel good”, “Kum by ya”, “turn the other cheek” liberal bullsh*t that kept me from fighting back before that. I have NEVER subscribed to the “never fight back” mentality and I refuse to teach it to my children. They are under explicit instruction to never throw the first punch, but to fight back aggressively after someone else attacks them.
It’s going to cause problems at some point. I don’t care.
They are also under orders to let me know if their teachers start pushing any of this hypersexualized, Communist, common core stuff on them. We’ve had talks about role models, individual vs collective Rights, religion, etc...
I’m just barely old enough that they still segregated the classes by gender before even starting those kinds of talks and needed a parents permission slip to view an extremely clinical film on the... erm... mechanics... of procreation.
Parents need to get together and sue the hell out of that school that they won’t know how to keep their school functioning. Sue the Superintendent, Principal and teacher who taught this crap.
When I was in 8th grade I was bullied by a boy who picked on me all the time and kept calling my father a pig because he was a cop. I finally had enough and went after him knocking him to the ground and beating the crap out of him. When I got taken to the principle’s office, I shed a few tears ( as a girl, I did that a lot.) told to return to class with out getting a suspension.
I wonder what would have happened if they told the boys they had to kiss one another. LOL
Seems to me that ANY “adult” who forces ANY child (somebody under age 18) into a sexual situation would face criminal charges BECAUSE of that sexual act.
Thus, is there any difference between raping a child, watching two children have sex, watching an adult have sex with a child, and forcing two children to kiss each other in public?
Could not the school, this sex ed “counselor”, the teacher, principal, AND the school district be charged with crimes against children?
If we don’t stand up for ourselves, no one will.
This applies to geopolitics as well as to High School.

I raised my 3 boys to not take crap from other kids.
on 2 occasions with 2 of my boys, whatever some bully did to them in school(I forget..punch them in the shoulder..poke them with a compass point) was enough for said bullies to get repeatedly punched till the bully’s noses bled....IN SCHOOL.
I was called in...once with a feminazi asst principal and once with a reasonable male asst. principal.
I told each administrator, that I TOLD MY KIDS TO DO THAT. the feminazi had a cow right there...totally flustered. The male Asst principal did a wink and nod.
the kids were to be either sent home or could have stayed in school to perform their multiple day detention.
I said. ‘NO....they can come home...I am taking him to the movies and buying them a cool gift.’ the male asst principal smiled benignly....the feminazi walked off in a huff....
suffice it to say the boys were not bothered by those bullies ever again...

I think you are correct, this in my mind is criminal and the “teachers” should go to jail as sexual offenders. But it’s NY so not much will happen.
Geez, some of that school staff is probably secretly into child porn.
Amen. parents need to stand up for a Kid’s Right to Defend himself.
