Seems like a different world back then, so radical the basic change of ideology.
While we can commend as well as fault Pres. Bush, i long ago felt that he is the type of man you could have over for dinner and feel comfortable with and have honest conversation. What Presidents would you not want to be stranded in a lifeboat with?
Obama actually accurately described Bush, stating,
“To know the man is to like the man. Because he’s comfortable in his own skin. He knows who is he is; he doesn’t put on any pretenses. He takes his job seriously but he doesn’t take himself too seriously. He is a good man.”
If that idiot algore hadn’t kept up that frivolous election challenge past the inauguration then there my not have beena 9/11.

Until 6 months ago, I didn't understand the truth. If only ten percent is true, we still have treason everywhere. Normalcy bias had prevented me from seeing the clues. Of course, it was easier to keep the faith with the Patriots here on FR and elsewhere than considering the possibility of a coup.
