I am hoping to take you guys inland for a few days
next time you come up.
We’ll explore the Chain of Ponds and bum around in
Jackman, Me.
Maybe we can even check out The Roadkill Cafe!
(Hint-Whatever you do, DON’T order the Turtle Sundae!)

A glorious place
I was living alone and newly divorced when An American Werewolf in London came out.
After I got home, I took my sheltie out for a walk in the woods near my home after seeing the movie.
Now, I know damn well, there is no such things as werewolves.
But during that walk, the ice on the pond cracked and then gave a kind of groan, I backed up slowly and a tree branch poked my shoulder.
I took off like a shot and ran back to my cabin.
Carl Lewis could not have out run me that night!
The sheltie watched me go racing by like I was nuts!
I LOVE that tune!

I meant to tell Publius that folks used to
tell us scarey stories about the Loup Garou when we were kids!

They are all over the map.
There have been great incarnations of the band and other line ups that sucked.
I’ll say this...they just wont die.
