I said this before.
Lead does not leach out in natural water.

Every reservoir on the planet would be polluted if it did.
There are Fishing weights from Texas to Manitoba in every dang lake across the land.

Make them test it.
Don’t let them bully you around.
And who says I am shooting lead?
I use steel core down there all the time, because you cant use steel core indoors and for good reason.

I’d never open carry in public, thought I did on the old Farm, all the time. Too damned dangerous, IMO.

.308cal (7.62x51), in 5,000 & 10,000-rnd lots, for 8-9¢/rnd

Give ya double!!!

Clint Jr's roommate at college just sold 500 rounds of his 9mm to a pawn shop in Alabama for $25 a box. He still has 1500 rounds left.

You could be a millionaire! I suspect you already are hehehe...

Oh I totally agree. But the man does't and would arrest me here in Merryland If I did, I "assume" the same federal law applies in Texas.

Lead levels in rivers and lakes have mostly gone down because we don’t have leaded gasoline anymore.

I did, and still have quite a supply. I’m about the only one I know who isn’t looking for any ammo.

Death warrant. You give up your advantage. Wish all LEOs could all carry concealed in plain clothes.

I bet I put 500 lbs of lead in the bottom of lakes and ponds fishing since I was a kid.

Hung some of it in trees too LOL.
No one was hurt during my angling years.
(well maybe some fish)

I have so many Avery-labeled cases on so many basement shelves, it shames any FFL I’ve seen, or worked for, in the past 2yrs. I have a 30-qt Kenmore dehumidifier running down there, keeping the food supplies, ammo and my new workbench area, dry and pristine.

If I could stockpile gasoline I would too.
My great grandpappy did.

Now the darn stuff goes weak on you.

And a Man can never have enough tools, I don’t care what the Missus says. LOL

The Boston/Watertown bomber manhunt was rather enlightening.

GE won’t do business with pornographers or gun people. LOL
But Obama will take campaign funds from gay pornographers and from baby killers.

That stuff is not offensive at all LOL

On my old Farm, it was “private property with a public accommodation”, so I open-carried frequently. Especially when I was out on the old range with customers and friends. I had a lot of LEOs and Military customers’ and families who always wanted to shoot w/ me, and take a “tour” of the huge Cannon Safe, to see what new ‘goodies’ I’d acquired. They all got the “tour”, each time they asked, and got to shoot many of them. It’s a very different world here, now.
