No constitutional rights for terrorists
WorldNetDaily.com ^ | 4-29-2013 | Ben Kinchlow

“Come to the U.S. and kill Americans! Even if you murder women and children, you will be guaranteed protection under our Constitution, ‘Mirandized’ and provided lawyers, along with top-quality medical care (if wounded in an escape attempt) … all at taxpayers’ expense. You could possibly even qualify for long-term quality care, with many free amenities, also at public expense, or perhaps, as an ‘enemy combatant,’ receive an all-expense-paid retirement on an island in the Caribbean.”

============================================================

With the incessant liberal prattle all week about the "right" of their darling little Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to remain silent under Miranda after detonating his shrapnel-jam-packed pressure cooker at the Boston Marathon, liberals have succeeded in safely shifting the conversation away from the sheer magnitude of murderous barbarism displayed by a couple of imported terrorists, (or, as the New York Times would prefer, a coupla misunderstood little lads just trying to fit in).

Instead, liberals would rather talk hysterically about how Tsarnaev's inalienable "right" to lawyer-up is inviolable because blowing up the Boston Marathon packed with civilians is no where near meeting the definition of a war crime -- not compared to, say, cutting Head Start.

Would libbies show the same fetish for phony legalism had the attack been on an airport (or airliner?)

Who can forget the paralyzing madness, the chaos and mayhem at airports across the country, with madmen trying to 'send a message' by attacking the airlines, paralyzing air travel and inciting panic?

But enough about Hussein Obama's FAA sequester.

(Say, what is it about men with Arab-sounding names and their penchant for attacking air travel?)

Out of their profound concern for school children, Democrats had hoped for another Sandy Hook massacre to get their gun bans through Congress, but I'm sure they'd never fantasize about a fatal airline accident resulting from sequestration because we all know how much they'd hate to blame Republicans for it.

The nexus between the Boston Marathon bombing and the failed Sequester is known technically as: Pervasive liberal idiocy.

With warmonger Bush finally off the stage, making peace with the Islamic world should be a piece of cake, prophesied Obama back in campaign '08. Even the Iranians will adore us, provided we aggressively plant our lips firmly enough on Ahmadinejad's Islamic backside. Four-plus years of Iranian backside lip-planting later, the mullahs reward Obama graciously, piling up Shiite loads of more centrifuges, even as Obama keeps paddling vigorously up De Nile.

Four-plus years of Times Square bombings, military recruiting office shootings, underwear bombers and Fort Hood terrorist attacks (excuse me, outbursts of non-Islamic-related workplace violence) by the lone wolf boys, mostly from Jihadistan basket-cases, but Obama is wedded as ever to lead Detective Janet Napolitano's working theory it's the Tea party activists (pining for that 35% vs 39.6% upper tax bracket) who ought to worry you.

But it's a short, straight line from Napolitano's conspiracy theories, to Iran's mad imams, to the brothers Tsarnaev's mad imom, who helpfully revealed last week that it was all just a buncha cans of red (outdoor) paint, not blood, shipped in by the CIA chaps who offed Martin Luther King Jr., JFK, RFK, leveled WTC building 7 and brought you the "fake" moon landing.

But if imom Tsarnaev is completely bananas, "imam" Obama has a sporting chance of competing in the same league. Instead of red paint, he's opted for barrels and barrels of red ink, emptied all over the joint for four uninterrupted years, and counting, premised on stimulus theories that if you make government fat and costly enough, presto! You've got prosperity.

Stimulus after stimulus after stimulus, and all Obama has to show for after all the red ink dumping are stunted Econ growth rates and sequesters, just as all the copious lip-planting expeditions gave us the Boston Marathon bombing.

The best argument conservatives have against liberalism is the cartoonish Barack Obama.

Anyway, that's...
My Two Cents...

> This sumbitch placed one of his damned pressure cookers deliberately next to an eight year old child. If there was any justice in this world, they would make him sit on one and let it frikkin’ blow his worthless self to kingdom come.

That’s altogether too quick.
strap him down to a concrete slab, spread his legs apart and give the father of the murdered little girl a claw hammer and 15 minutes of privacy.

If you don’t want terrorists to have constitutional rights, don’t make them citizens.

Exactly.

We can talk about dealing with the symptoms or we can talk about a government that is intentionally creating problems that only they can fix by stripping Americans of rights.

Too many people think it could never happen to them, so they just don’t think period.

Just like everything else the meaning of “terrorist” would continually be redefined to include more and more people.

It would be no different than what they do to redefine a .22RF rifle to where it is defined as an assault rifle.

The Hutaree arrest was based on nothing more than a bull session in the woods that was inspired by a federal informant. In fact if you’ve ever read the report, that bull session was tamer than things we regularly see posted here at FR.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3005940/posts

The feds accused them of plotting a simultaneous attack on police all across southeastern Michigan and northwestern Ohio. In the end they possessed no explosives and apparently never sought them or could be conned into buying any.

Oh ... don’t worry ... we’ll all be back to supporting the US Constitution again, when it’s a subject we agree with ... LOL.

A lot of people don't realize there are a lot of things you can buy from a grocery store, when combined together, will make what can now be described as a WMD, a chemical weapon or explosive.

People wouldn't have the slightest clue they have the makings for a WMD in their possession.

A terrorist could be anyone.

Just like with the Hutaree, they can target you at will.

Al Qeada actually recommends match heads for a pressure cooker bomb. Its a very low speed explosion that builds up a great deal of pressure in a pressure vessel.

It’s just that simple.

You have a pressure cooker and some matches, you are a terrorist in the process of assembling a bomb.

Some of these people better start thinking about what they want, they may not like what they get.

You sound like one of those....

“Islamaphobic”, “racist”, “restrictionists, who merely think of themselves as conservatives”, “ bitter-enders who are still responding to radio talk-show hosts from eight years ago haven’t noticed that the world has shifted from underneath them,”

that Grover Norquist warned us about! [yes, sarcasm]

Yes, let us give the government the power to not recognize the rights of anyone they deem a “terrorist” - what could POSSIBLY be wrong with that?/s

Is WND really THIS stupid?

There’s one big problem with “no civil rights for terrorists”, and that is, as long as Obama, Jarrett, Napolitano and and Holder get to define who is and who is not a terrorist, all of us are skating on thin ice.

That’s MY 2 cents.

Neah. Still need to make sure they’re actually guilty and not scapegoats.
But the Chechen scumbag has confessed, so, in a sane world, the prosecution would call two witnesses ask “Did the accused say this?” then turn it over to the Defense - and the Judge should tell the Defense to keep it short - the jury doesn’t to work the whole day on this...

One important thing to understand it that he wasn’t going to be denied rights. Miranda only means that he must be informed of his rights.

Kinda funny that in 1895 the supreme court ruled that jurors need not be informed of their rights but the later Miranda ruling says that the accused must be informed.

Frankly I think better education is the real answer to this conundrum.

These days, I think you have to inform the suspect of his Miranda rights or everything he says prior to being informed of his right is inadmissible; in certain, circumstances, this can apparently be delayed up to 40 hours but that was news to me. So getting the defendant informed is important.

As for the jury, they should be informed that they sit in judgement on the law as well as on the defendant...

Dear FRiends,

Below, Anderson Cooper Interviews a very brave Boston Bombing victim Heather Abbott.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YCt7ABe-_a8&feature=youtu.be

We can't help feel for this attractive and very well turned out victim as she comes out of surgery to tell her brave story of survival.

However, a quick search of Hollywood actors and actresses who are available to perform in TV, movies etc, we find a professional actress advertising her trade. She's not the only crisis actor we found advertising their skills on Hollywood Amputees. Look at Heather's professional bio. below

http://www.amputeesinhollywood.com/Videos.html

The truth is a valuable commodity that our government is using to deceive us. Why are they boosting the terror in Boston through the use of actors & actresses? They don't seem to be trying to hide their involvement very well, might be a more important question?

Stay Safe,

Michael

Why don’t you update your FReeper home page with your latest news bulletin and provide a simple reference to it instead of repeating the same paragraphs of text over and over in various threads?
