After a fireworks factory explosion in Michigan some years ago, the FBI found “bomb making materials” in a truck nearby.
It turned out to be a gas can, bic lighter, and some shotgun shells in a pickup truck parked along the road where a guy got out to go hunting.
I can almost imagine the conversation between Agents, “ERMEGERD! GAS CAN!”
