Federal education officials today told UMass Dartmouth they cannot release academic and financial records of alleged Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, according to a letter received by the Herald.
"From the limited information you provided, it appears that the academic and financial records that have been requested would be protected by FERPA, and that the University may not release them without the consent of the student," wrote Dale King, director of the Family Policy Compliance Office for the U.S. Department of Education.

The only reason they are NOT choosing to release those records is that the public would be incensed reading how many classes the perp dropped, grades "earned," and what all anti-American subjects UMASS offers for would-be terrorists to gain intelligence, taught by oh "Bill Ayers-type experts" and lastly, how much of the State's tax dollars the perp got to attend the school

Now it’s obvious that the feds don’t want us to know the truth. That’s OK. We have a good idea what it is.
I mean Barry has had his records sealed at all of his colleges. I always assume that was because he was admitted as a foreign national and listed as Muslim for his religion.
I wonder what the college records of these terrorists contain that scares the administration. A scholarship paid for by the Saudi government? Hard to say what is there until it is released.

If your or my kids get a dime behind, you can be sure the univeristy would send a warning of expulsion. Tamerlan got Pell Grants so Dzhokhar probably did, too. I bet he got other scholarships besides the city one for being the first generation, immigrant, minority, low income, ESL, etc. Then there are stipends for being on campus and staying in the dorm. There are also other government grants from his FAFSA and a Stafford Loan with 0% interest that will most likely have to be forgiven since he won't have any means to repay it. So, thanks, taxpayers!

Where was the concern about privacy in regard to that matter? Right to privacy is a highly flexible concept when living under single party rule. Adding insult to injury, our dumbass government also paid hi tens of thousands of dollars in welfare, food stamps and other "assistance" while this a$$hole lived here and planned his attacks too!!! Makes me wonder how many other muzzles there are here doing the exact same thing, right under our noses, with the government giving them OUR hard earned tax dollars to boot!!!
