Where was the oversight? Who - exactly - was responsible? This wasn’t some arcane law being interpreted, or some confusing new law, this was willful, spiteful political hardball deliberately played.

Is there evil in a government agency which has the power to punish people who disagree with the government? Only if you truly believe in truth, justice, the American way of life and God. I’d say that that list of attributes would definitely put you on the “kill” list. There is a major political “tug of war” not too far down the road that this country is treading. My only prayer is that the “good” people of this country prevail and that those who would destroy us be vanquished.
