You do not have to follow unlawful orders. In this case you are being asked to violate a protocol regulation. It is a wise career move to follow (given he had no time to contact his immediate supervisor) the order unless you want you next duty station to be a lot worse.

After losing 4 Americans in an attack that happened on his watch, President Obama owes it to the American people to be honest about why he did not direct our military assets in the region to respond to the situation. According to testimony from several whistle blowers, including former Deputy Chief of our mission in Libya Gregory Hicks, Obama had several options in front of him.

There was a 7-man rapid response team in Tripoli who were ready to go to Benghazi to back up our people who were pinned down. They were told to stand down. A Special Operations team that was training in Croatia, was also not utilized. There were planes at Aviano, Italy who could have been scrambled to respond, but these also were not deployed.

That's at least three military options that were on the table, but the administration has provided no explanation as to why they were rejected and instead our Ambassador Chris Stephens, Foreign Service Officer Sean Smith, and Navy SEALs Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty were left to die at the hands of the attacking terrorists.

Mr. President, why were none of these mlitary options that could have potentially saved American lives not employed and who in your administration is responsible for them not being deployed. Doesn't the buck stop with you?

The American people deserve to hear the truth about these and many other questions that still remain unanswered by President Obama or anyone in his administration.
Let's be clear. This is a major scandal if the Administration failed to act and then lied about it for political purposes. Watergate or Whitewater pale in comparison because four Americans died in Benghazi. The saddest thing about it is that even months later, many members of the public still don't realize how the President and his surrogates spun a story before the election that was proven to be totally false.

While everyone now knows that the attack on our consulate was by Al-Qaeda affiliated jihadists, for over 100 hours after the attack, the Obama administration was trying to sweep this fact under the rug, and convince people that a silly and juvenile youtube video was the cause of this terrorist attack.

President Obama defended himself saying "the whole issue of talking points, frankly, throughout this process has been a sideshow," trying to demean the motivations of thousands of Americans who simply want the truth. They want to know WHY - - Why were our people allowed to die? Why was the military told to stand down rather than get to Benghazi and beat back the attackers? Why wasn't air power used to repel the terrorists?

"Suddenly, three days ago, it gets spun up as if there's something new to the story." said Obama, trying to basically re-write history along the claim that the White House was always on the level and honest with the American people about the nature of the attack.

Jay Carney, Obama's Press Secretary, during a tense White House Press Conference on Friday insisted that they never tried to blame the youtube video and that they never doctored the CIA talking points to downplay the Al Qaeda element.

It's almost too ridiculous to believe. Here we have literally dozens of videos and transcripts of Susan Rice all over TV blaming the video.

The day after the attack Obama stood in the White House rose garden and said "we reject all efforts to denigrate the religious beliefs of others" obviously referring to the video!

Hillary Clinton criticized and blamed the video while standing in front of the flag draped coffins shortly after they came off the plane that brought the bodies back from where they fell in Libya.

Move America Forward has been battling the lies and fighting to shed light on the truth. There are many good members of Congress who are also trying to get the truth from the Obama Administration and expose the manipulation that occurred here. Help us get the word out and tell the truth to the American people!

The truth must be known! The lies must be exposed, and the American people need to understand what this means. This is an important national security issue, not a political sideshow! America is confused about who said what, when it was said, and why they did it . Help us set the record straight!
