Dingy wants to give the Senate to the GOP in 2014.
Actually we only do need 50 votes there to overturn Obamacare. It cleared the Senate under budget rules, no fillibuster allowed, so can be overturned under the same rules. Alas we need a more legit President to sign the repeal.

Harry Reid has been a powerful pol for a long time, and will continue to be. Obama is reeling at the moment from uncharacteristic bad press - but it will all pass.
I would like to be wrong, but the country has lurched ever leftward - despite occasional blips (Ronaldus Magnus) in the other direction - for all of my adult life. And I’m in my 50s.
Obama is simply “The Chicago Way” on a national scale. The “old game” is more pervasive and powerful than ever...
You are probably correct but we are in the midst of a sea change.
In a civil suit, the preponderance of evidence is enough.
When there is piece after piece after piece, dig after dig after dig, the power is weakened.
