CEOs of large organizations all face the same problem – driving their agendas in organizations too diverse and geographically dispersed to manage directly.
They hire competent managers for their units, set goals and establish clear metrics for evaluating performance. As in politics, competition in business is tough, and CEOs must set ethical boundaries for their managers’ conduct.
In all this, the CEO’s personal conduct is critical.
Early in his presidency, Mr. Obama flaunted American constitutional tradition by pushing through major social legislation, ObamaCare, without a bipartisan compromise and consensus. And he relied on a legislative sleight of hand to pass the Senate.
Simply, Mr. Obama’s hard left agenda requires him to treat the Constitution and Congress as mere inconveniences – expediency is his ethical standard.
For example, unable to obtain Congressional ascent, even among moderate Democrats, for limits on CO2 emissions and other environmental goals, the EPA – at his public behest – has written regulations imposing new and onerous requirements on business.

He meant 'ambitious' - sad to see in an otherwise fine piece.
This piece is based on an absurd assumption: that he wants to be a good “CEO” of America. He doesn’t want that, and has never wanted that. Besides getting his hand in the cookie jar, he’s otherwise pleased as punch that the American people fear and loathe the IRS and the EPA and the DOJ more than ever.
Nowhere in this piece does the writer imply that Obama ‘wants to be a good “CEO” of America.’
Obama set the tone for his Administration. The minions merely follow their own means to the end, thus giving Obama plausible deniability.
‘Get in their face.’
‘Punish the enemy’
‘Get revenge by voting’
Definitely ‘In your face’ and ‘Whatcha gonna do ‘bout it?’
He recieved a nobel prize just for being black and the president, no accomplishments up to this point and none seen on the horizon yet he is amazing. I want the drugs that everyone else is taking

This implies instead of government working for private sector Americans, the private sector is working for government.

There is Obama’s biggest problem right there. He has no one that is competent around him. He doesn’t want competent people around him, because he doesn’t want anyone interfering with his Supreme Command.

Again...he is not failing. He has been quite successful. His goal is destroy a free nation. Control 300 million people. Wreak havoc on it’s financial infrastructure. All of these 3 things are happening.
Obama failing as CEO of America? Not in his mind. The destruction of America is his goal, so, with that in mind, he is being successful beyond his wildest dreams.
CEO my ass. I wouldn’t have hired him to be a janitor. Sewer sweeper maybe. At minimum wage.
Obama wants to be the Fidel Castro of America, not the CEO.
To be fair, it’s the first supervisory position he has ever held in his life, so you can’t expect too much. If he weren’t black, people wouldn’t be so impatient with his total uselessness. So see, your racist.
