It’s out of control and has been like that ever since they ended DADT. Every new service chief vows to end sexual assault but the don’t. The root of the problem is the stupid policies that the politicians have pushed on the services.
Their newest strategy is monthly sexual assault briefings. They bring in all these sexual gurus to talk to the troops. The thing is most of these clowns never served and keep using college campuses as their background.
I wonder if President Obama talked about the statistics describing the distribution and nature of the sexual assaults - men on men, women on women, men on women, and women on men? Which category is experiencing the greatest increase? When did the increased number of sexual assaults begin? When will sexual assaults in the boy scouts start increasing? Does the elimination of "Don't ask, don't tell" correlate in any way with the increase in assaults? Has there been a change in the ratio of men to women in the armed forces?
Other than talking about it, and threatening to punish those involved, has our President taken any action?

Seems like the troops have too much time for booze and sex between redeployments. This calls for some 20 mile hikes with full field pack and rifle and some training films on 'why we fight', 'know your enemy', and 'venereal disease'.
Unfortunately I don’t have links about Larry being audited (repeatedly) by the IRS, and I’m totally shocked by that:
I’d heard several radio interviews with him, and this constantly came up —their interest in him allegedly centered on his book and speaking fees. He stated that they would perform reviews every 3 months on him, and the documentation requirements were not just onerous but sky-high.
I can’t understand why there isn’t more on this online, and feel a bit silly.
Also there are claims that he was struck and killed by a hit-and-run motorist while going to see a movie in Tennessee, but then there are counter-claims also.
Larry claimed he’d been audited more than 5 times, all times after his famous claims.
In view of the Gibson guitar imbrogio (et al) that recently surfaced, if something more solid than verbal radio claims crops up then I’ll inform you tout de suite.
