When the position stated becomes exposed as foolish a call of “strawman” is oh so predictable.

“What is under discussion....” What is under discussion is some kid thinking he can do what he wants despite an agreement made. He didn't keep his agreement and had his soapbox taken away. Boo-Hoo and tough but that's life.

The school shouldn't have been in a position to force the agreement. An agreement made under duress is void.

I will work to ensure in Texas that schools are not in that position in the future. I've already written my local rep and senator.

The people will get the last word. The schools will not.

Their rules suck.
