Kraft, at the time, claimed the diamond-encrusted bauble was a gift, but he now admits Putin stole it, and the White House intervened when he demanded it back.

Putin gets a skim from the oil/gas enterprises. His wealth is 20-40 billion estimated on internet. He might be shooting for a family dynasty via children from the young gymnast who is 28 now.

And, still, I think Putin is a better human than Obama.

Ubama must have given Kraft the go-ahead.

He unquestionably loves his motherland and is devoted to her national interest to a far greater degree than the jug-eared tranzi currently fouling the Oval Office. I would be tempted to vote for him if I were a Russian.

If I understood the story from the headline, Mr. Kraft’s toilet will now leak where it joins the floor. What an indictment of the Soviet economy that Putin would have to steal a bowl ring. /sarc

Timing seems convenient since Putin just publicly chastised Owebama.

Putin is a monarch. He acts like a monarch. He has made it as clear as possible that Russia is now a monarchy, and that any democracy there is a mere pretense.

Obama should do the same here in Amerika. But he doesn't have the courage or honesty to do so.

This is good humor...Yes, the Red Sox have very affordable tickets for the common folk.

“Anybody who knows anything about the Boston Red Sox knows they are more of a people’s team than the elitist Yankees, who are much more representative of the power elite of this country,” said Alan Chartock, professor emeritus of political communication at the State University of New York in Albany.

First read this story on LC, and after a search, discovered it on FR. Original story in NY Post today, and worth the read.

Also check out # 3 , # 21.

Reminder to never invite Putin over for a cup of coffee.
